Add the water into the cashews, bring to boil and reduce heat simmer for 20 minutes until soft. 2015-02-26 21.11.19 Cook the kabocha squash until tender. 2015-02-26 21.16.20 Pour the kabocha squash soup and cashew nuts soup together and ready to put into the blender. 2015-02-26 21.21.51 Pour the cook cashew nuts into blender and pureed into a cream. 2015-02-28 12.47.05 Put the kabocha squash into cashews milk and blend together until smooth, and sprinkle salt. Now the kobacha squash cashews soup is ready to serve. 2015-02-28 13.03.05 If you want to keep in refrigerator for few day better cook it again  until boiling.
